    Yoga Benefits Yoga offers many physical and psychological health benefits for those of all ages. As a practicing Buddhist, I became very interested in the numerous health benefits of yoga. There are many schools of yoga, each with its own strengths and limitations. However, I quickly realized that there were three main areas of concentration in yoga.
